Upper School

Upper School (Grades 5-8)

The Upper School environment promotes independence through a challenging academic program in a departmentalized setting. Students learn essential skills in time management and further develop the work and study habits begun in the Lower School. Upper School boys are encouraged to take on leadership roles in the School through participation in the Knights' Society, athletic teams, and other activities. Additionally, they are expected to exhibit Christian values through community service projects, work with Lower School buddy classes, and in daily interactions with each other. The faculty make themselves accessible to students who seek extra help or wish to extend their studies. Through their experiences in the Upper School, the boys develop the skills and abilities necessary for success in challenging secondary school programs.
